How the team is structured
The team model is intentionally flexible, responding to client needs. Some contributors may be directly involved in consulting and delivery, while others may support adjacent functions such as software, design, marketing, research, content, or specialist technical work.
This structure allows the organisation to adapt to different kinds of work without forcing every contribution into the same public role model.
Consultants
Consultants involved in the organisation will bring experience across enterprise architecture, delivery, infrastructure, governance, strategy, risk, and related advisory work.
Specialist collaborators
